Paul Cagle

Chief Executive Officer

Paul has served as owner and CEO of KingsClean since 1999. He brings extensive experience in the conception, implementation, training and roll out for new clients. He serves as team lead on consulting engagements.

With a focus on revolutionizing the cleaning industry, Paul is a pioneer in the development of Intelligent Cleaning for Health, continuously reinventing TKOS to better serve current and future clients.

Paul earned his bachelors degree in business administration from Ole Miss in 1994 and earned a masters degree in theological studies from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis.  He is a member of the Association for Learning Environments (A4LE), IFMA and TASBO.  Paul loves FFFN (Forced Family Fun Night) with his family, golf, hunting and his Ole Miss Rebels.

Richard Dark

Chief Operations Officer

Richard Dark joined Paul Cagle as COO of KingsClean in 2008 and is responsible for day to day management of the company. In this capacity, he has been instrumental in the rapid growth of our Ohio and Missouri markets. Prior to joining the Company, Richard held executive positions throughout the Midwest for more than twenty five years. After a five-year sales stent with 3M, he spent ten years as vice president of sales at Site to Sound Distributors, where his team of 80 reps grew sales from $1 million to $340 million.

Beginning in 1999, Richard launched or acquired 11 different businesses prior to 2007 when cancer almost took his life. By the grace of God, he survived, sold all of his companies and joined Paul to focus on growing KingsClean.

Richard earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics with a minor in accounting in 1983 from Westminster College. He created FFFN (Forced Family Fun Night) with his family, is very involved with his church and loves introducing people to the outdoors and spending time on the water or in a tree stand.

Greg Lookabaugh

Director of Business Development

Greg brings 38 years of experience working with educational institutions to his leadership role at KingsClean. As a highly qualified leader in Facility Management and Operations, Greg serves a multitude of school districts and charter schools in Texas and in other states as well. He has developed training programs with customized curricula for maintenance, operations and support departments.

He holds a bachelor of science degree in engineering and industrial technology. Greg has led highly qualified teams to provide facility consulting in departmental operational reviews, training, facility design and construction management assistance, and facility maintenance and operations management.

Greg is a life member of the Texas Association of School Business Officials (TASBO) and is a two time board member of the Custodial Management Association of Texas (CMAT). He continues to serve as a consultant, trainer and instructor for Facility Academies and affiliate organizations including numerous national school symposiums. In 2009, he assisted the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) in preparing the Guide to Operating and Maintaining Energy Smart Schools to educate school districts across the nation in energy conservation.

In 1981 he received an honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy.

Trey Domann

Vice President

Trey brings more than 15 years of experience in business development, entrepreneurial strategy, sales, construction, project management, operations, marketing and human resource management to clients. Prior to joining the KingsClean executive team in 2015, he spent the last twelve years partnering, developing and operating healthcare ventures.

Trey graduated from Texas A&M University in 1999 and is a member of the Association for Learning Environments (A4LE), IFMA, TASBO and TAHFM. Trey loves time with his family, fitness, sports, hunting, fishing and music.

He is a certified ropes course facilitator, team building instructor, Houston Area Young Life volunteer, and he serves on the board of directors for The Gathering of Men and the Greater Houston Prayer Breakfast.
